Recruiting

What is Red Recruiting?

Group PictureRed Recruiting impacts businesses by giving them access to the best and the brightest within the professions of Human Resources and Social Media! Candidates that receive our stamp of approval have successful track records, killer instincts for making an impact and the references to back it all up!

We offer our clients and candidates a very high level of personal attention. The number of search assignments we dedicate to at any given time are limited in order to maintain an outstanding level of thoroughness and accuracy.

Hope is not a strategy in my business – I don’t expect it to be in yours.

There are a few key values that Red Recruiting will always stay focused on:

  • Value (to both our clients and candidates)
  • Straight Talk
  • Non-Time-Wasting Approach
  • Integrity
  • Ingenuity
  • Fun

While it’s not considered a “value” we also take recruiting practices to heart.  We know that you hire a search firm to perform a search, not submit endless resumes until one sticks.

Four Reasons To Contact Red Recruiting

  • You are replacing a key individual and want the job done quietly.
  • Finding the right person is of utmost importance to you.
  • You are growing and want to take key players from your competition.
  • You enjoy working with one person who cares about how a job well done impacts your career.

Definition of Positions

Human Resources

  • Generalist Route (Mid-Level to C-Level)
  • Functional Route (Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, HRIS, Recruiting and the list goes on…)

Social Media

  • Community Managers
  • Community Directors
  • Executive Internet Assistants

A Community Manager would be the individual who is actively participating in the social media universe on behalf of an organization.  They put the name, face and writing that expresses your company’s brand.  As you might imagine, the “right” candidate for this role is different for every company.  Online exposure, personality, technical proficiency and commitment should all heavily weigh on the selection.

A Community Director is in charge of the social media approach for a mid to large organization that enters the realm of social media.  A CD is vital to ensure a unified approach by all of the individuals involved with company online representation.  These skilled professionals usually have a strong PR background mixed with a keen understanding of social media as a platform.  As with the CM, the company fit is vital!

Last, but certainly not least, the Executive Internet Assistant is the right-hand assistant for any executive that is venturing into social media.  Not to replace the Leader’s presence, this person’s role is to stay on top of the action, alert the Executive when they need to respond and gather pertinent social media posts and events that are of importance.  Executives have big jobs!  This person will save them time and headaches with their social media engagement.

    Michael!

What gives man. I have been reluctantly putting my resume out there for a sales role. I just remembered you are in the recruiting world and thought I might touch base with you. No rush but it would be great to catch up anyway. My cell 805-450-5091. I am out of cell range tomorrow but can ring you if you provide me a number and a good time to reach you.

    Take care!
