Great Article! You inspired some thinking with me. I really agree that it is a lot of “finding balance” with Social Media applications.
As a job seeker, I am attempting to strike a balance daily with communications, Leads, and Connecting with people, who I truly think will be able to assist me the most.

Thanks for reading Gretchen! I often times feel that people hold off because social media appears to be this huge monster. Taking a few small steps if a person is just getting started will hopefully help

Great article – thanks for referencing the studies as well. You are right SM is not the end all be all – but it sure has added value and a new set of tools to my world (both personal and professional).
