		<description>One area I always like to highlight is not to expect immediate results.  Yes, they may happen but social networking is so much more.  It is all about relationships and personal engagement, just like Alicia (@AliciaSanera) pointed out in her comment.  This is a personal investment and a new avenue for everyone, not only recruiters, to delve into.  It is a great thing for those new to social networking to ask questions before getting started so that they make the best first impression possible.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nice post!</description>
