@Meghan – What I am really looking forward to is a 10 hour behavioural interview with a multi-member team who all ask me different versions of the same question to identify the same trait 15 different ways.

Those are my favorite.

On the other extreme are the questions driven by the need for a bathroom break or a cigarette like: “I am going to test your innovation and creativity. Time yourself and tell me how many things you could make from a pencil and a banana.”

The personal brand you helped create for your client is very powerful. By reading the summary I get a visual of who she is and how she operates. Great post!
