		<description>Interesting topic. It is very important to find and in this case KEEP top talent.  Companies are nothing with out its employees...and most companies know this. But do they understand it and are they willing to do what it takes to keep top talent? I work in the IT field and it is a battle to keep high demand professionals...even in this economy. I guess we will have to see.</description>
